Called James Harris and he was at my doorstep in less than an hour. At first we thought it was the thermo-coupler but it still wouldn't stay lit. Come to find out the gas switch went bad so a couple of hours later he had it replaced. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended. He's who I'm going to call when it's time to replace the system.
